Service guarantee or policy
Any Products Supplied and shipped by us are covered with a full replacement or refund if notified within 3 days of receipt of products, and all products must be returned to get a full refund, if items are broken or damaged in shipment then I will replace absolutely for free, however in order to get a refund or replacment you need to ship the items that are damaged back to us. Use of Chemicals or foreign substances on products are stictly forbidden and will void any and all warranties, and modification of products is also forbidden and will void any warrenties or refunds due to the customer.

This is a family run Company and we will not sell, advertise, or give out any of your information, except for testimonials and that will be done in writing and with your consent only.
